A Lifetime of Words

was born on August 10, 1963, in Denver, Colorado. Robin spent most of her life in Colorado, going to school. In 1975, Robin lost her father to cancer, and 5 years later, Robin, along with her mother, and siblings, moved to Santa Maria, California. When Robin was in Junior High, she was introduced to poetry from a English class she was taking. "As I was putting together a poetry project, I researched poets, and their styles of writing. Before I knew it, I started writing poetry. I always felt so good after I had written my thoughts down on paper. That is when I knew that poetry would be a great way to heal, and to deal with all the emotions I was feeling." Robin tells others. Robin currently has 3000 pieces of poetry she has written over the years. She has lots of poetry to put into several books, and she has a lot more to say. "I want my poetry to inspire, uplift, and to motivate you. I want to touch your soul, and make you happy, or to see clearer through the clouds." Robin continues to tell us. Robin writes from her soul, giving herself to her words, and allowing you to see inside of her. She is bold, she is caring, and above all she is having a wonderful time enjoying life and all that it has to offer her.
